Intro:Originally part of Pueblo de Oro’s commercial strip development along Masterson Avenue, Masterson Mile has long served as an office and retail corridor connecting downtown and Uptown CDO.
Today, Páshifts into a landmark residential and business district.

Established as a mixed-use commercial corridor, Masterson Mile hosts shops, offices, and small businesses fronting the major thoroughfare from Pintado to Uptown
Early phases included strip development linked to the emerging Pueblo township’s expansion.
Origin of Redevelopment:
In late 2022, Pueblo de Oro began soil investigations for high-rise building plans along the strip near their headquarters and the Shell station, signaling master planning in progress
Reclassification approvals—up-zoning to Commercial 3 and CAAP clearance to build up to 95 m (~31 stories)—cleared the path for vertical transformation
